Personalization
*Both the Contents section and the Collection section can be customized. The Content section can be 2 lines, 10 characters (including spaces) on each line. The Collection section is 1 line and 25 characters (including spaces) long. Please indicate which text for each section when you are ordering. If you do not specify, it is assumed you are only personalizing the Contents section. All caps is not permitted as the font is then unreadable and too large for the space.

*Hand wash bottle with warm water and mild soap
*Soak pour spout with warm water and mild soap, then rinse in cold water regularly to maintain optimal performance
*Not dishwasher safe

    *All orders are shipped within 5 - 7 business days of ordering. 
    *Orders are shipped through UPS (preffered) and USPS (occasional).  Please make sure you provide a physical address so we have the best option for getting your package there safely, quickly and most affordably. 
    *For orders over $100, a signature may be required.  

    Return Policy
    We hope you love your order.  In the event that it is not quite what you were looking for, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund for your original purchase price less the shipping charges incurred for the initial delivery . The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging to qualify for a refund.  Please make sure to read and follow the instructions in our return policy on our site fully before returning the item to us.  We cannot accept returned items that do not have a return authorization number.

    If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or faulty, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. In such cases, please contact our customer support team at customercare@blushapothecary.comwithin 15 days of receiving the item.  Your inquiry must include a picture of the damaged item.  We will provide you with the next steps on replacing your item.
