RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Returns for Non-Required Items: If you determine that the item is unnecessary for your purposes, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund for your original purchase price less the shipping charges incurred for the initial delivery . The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging to qualify for a refund.

  2. Returns for Damaged or Faulty Items: We strive to deliver products in excellent condition, but if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or faulty, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. In such cases, please contact our customer support team at blushapothecaries@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving the item.  Your inquiry must include a picture of the damaged item.  We will provide you with the next steps on replacing your item.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team at blushapothecaries@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization within the specified time frame.

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that came with it.

  • Clearly label the package with the return authorization number provided by our customer support team.

  • Ship the package back to the designated return address provided by our customer support team. 

 

Exceptions and Conditions: Please be aware of the following conditions and exceptions:

  • Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.

  • Returns without a valid return authorization number may not be accepted.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if the returned item is not in its original condition, shows signs of misuse, or is returned after the specified time frame.

 

Refund Process:

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If eligible, the refund will be processed within 5 business days. The refund amount will be issued via the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges for returns as described above.
